In SoulMatch, you’ll find my version of a possible far-off future where love can be purchased, a corrupt corporation will do just about anything for money, and two women must fight not only for the freedom they want but freedom for others as well.

 

I’ve been describing this book as science fiction and dystopian, with romance on the side, but the reality is that romance is very much the driver of the events. Imagine you were born to a corporation; raised to believe you were specifically made for someone. But now, you’re falling for someone else, and that someone else knows the secrets and wants to tear the whole world apart so that everyone can have a chance to be free and have real love.

 

In TruLove, you’ll learn about the very origins of SoulMatch. In a future not very far off from our own, there’s a company called TruLove, whose goal, you guessed it, is to help people find love. All you have to do is give a little DNA, take a test, and download an app where a list of people you might be right for and vice versa will appear, and you can find the love of your life.

 

When two women reluctantly agree to participate, they’re sent on a journey of discovery that finds them falling in love while trying to uncover what TruLove might really be up to.

I wrote SoulMatch first and TruLove second when I found myself wondering how we could have gotten to the world of SoulMatch. Then, I decided to release them in this particular order, which might seem a bit odd, because I believe it packs a bigger punch to read SoulMatch first.
