It's a very special day for me because Talon's book, The Block Party, comes out today, and it's about St. Patrick's Day, which is my favorite holiday. Maybe that's a weird favorite holiday, but I'm part Irish, green is my favorite color, and my birthday is around this time of year, so it has special meaning for me, just like Talon's book.
Talon is kind of the sarcastic, slight mess of the friend group who doesn't always see her own value. If you're looking for a funny and sexy book, this is probably the one for you.
It starts on New Year's Eve, which, if you've read The Writing on the Wall, you'll remember that party, and it shows Talon's perspective as Weston falls in love with Annie while Talon meets a new boss at work in Emerson and can't stop picturing them on certain pieces of office furniture and just about everywhere else, too.
Do they have chemistry AND compatibility, though? You'll have to read to find out.
