The Chicago Series is coming out on audio this year!
I was able to book the fantastic Melissa Moran again, who narrated the entire Celebrities Series for me, and she’s going to be doing all 5 books (Fresh Start, The Best Lines, Just Tell Her, Love Walked into The Lantern, and What Happened After) this year. I’m going to be keeping her pretty busy in 2023, huh?
Each book will be released as Melissa finishes them and they go through QA, so I don’t have specific release dates for all of them yet, but Fresh Start in audio is now up for pre-order!
As you’re all probably aware, this is a massive investment for me, to make these books in audio. The Chicago Series is made up of very long books (looking at you, Fresh Start), which means they cost more to produce and will take a long time to ever make money on. So, if you’re enjoying my audiobooks, I’d love it if you picked up a copy and maybe rated/reviewed or told your fellow sapphic-romance-loving friends that my books are out there on audio. After all, more people talking about them likely means more people buying them, and that means more audiobooks in the future.
Before you ask… I don’t know about any other series at this time. I have some other releases later this year that I’m still trying to figure out in relation to audio, and the goal is to eventually get all my books (or, at least, most of them) into audio, but that will take years upon years, so if you have a favorite and it’s not yet in audio, I do appreciate your patience.
Fresh Start, my first published book, comes out on Audible on July 1st, and this has been a long time coming, so I’m pretty excited. And to get someone of Melissa’s caliber to agree to narrate not just one but all of Chicago Series – for voice continuity (which I’m a fan of myself) – is amazing, and I’m incredibly grateful to her for doing it.
